We play poker every few weeks. For a while someone would just keep track in their notes app. Then forget. Then there'd be a whole thing.

I decided this was a solvable problem.

What it does

You create a room, share the code with everyone at the table, and everyone can see the running totals live as chips move around. At the end of the night it tells you exactly who owes who what and by how much — no awkward mental maths at 1am when everyone just wants to go home.

The details

Settlement calculator with a "Paid" flow so you can mark off debts as they get cleared. Full game history. Per-player performance cards with sparkline charts because I got a bit carried away. Also a JSON import feature because I went back and manually recovered 24 previous games from old screenshots. For the vibes. For the data.

How it was built

HTML with Supabase handling real-time sync in the background. Got Claude to write most of it. Spent an embarrassing amount of time on the charts.

There are 15 people in the player roster. We have a problem.
